Project Overview
This distribution facility includes a pipeline approximately 12 km long, stretching from Perawang Station to IKPP Station. This pipeline passes through three different areas, namely the TGI, ARARA, and IKPP regions. The natural gas supplied comes from the Grissik - Duri Transmission Pipeline owned by PT Transport Gas Indonesia, which will be connected to the IKPP Station through two metering stations, one substation, and a pipeline system.

The project includes the construction of the EHK Perawang Metering Station, Perawang Substation, and IKPP Metering Station. The EHK Perawang Metering Station serves as the starting point, with the Perawang Substation next to it, and ending at the IKPP Metering Station.

Scope of Work :

• Desain teknis, pembuatan dokumen EDL, dan penyusunan gambar konstruksi (AFC).
• Pembuatan dokumen inspeksi dan rencana pengujian (ITP).
• Penyelesaian dokumen untuk handover, termasuk As-Built Drawings.

‍Procurement

• Pengadaan material dan peralatan (prioritas untuk long lead items).
• Koordinasi dengan vendor dan subkontraktor untuk memastikan kualitas dan jadwal pengiriman sesuai target.
• Pengawasan logistik dan proses customs clearance.

Civil Works

• Pembuatan pondasi, retaining wall, shelter, water pond, dan area parkir.

Mechanical & Piping

• Instalasi peralatan mekanis :some text
  • Fire Water Pump, Gas Filter Coalescer, Condensate Tank.
  • Hot Tap dan Spool Service di area pipa.
• Pengelasan pipa, pengujian non-destruktif (NDT), dan hydro test.

Electrical & Instrumentation

• Instalasi panel listrik, lightning protection, dan sistem kontrol.
• Pemasangan peralatan seperti Diesel Engine Switch Gear, CCTV, PAGA, dan flow control system.
• Sistem komunikasi dan instrumentasi untuk metering dan analisis gas.

Pipeline Construction

• Ekskavasi, pengelasan, boring untuk crossing, NDT, dan Hydro test.
• Tie-in Perawang Station, Sub-Station, dan Orifice Metering Station di IKPP Plant.

Commissioning

• Pre-commissioning (hydrotest, dewatering, drying, dan N2 purging).
• Penerbitan sertifikat COI (Certificate of Inspection) dan PLO (Persetujuan Layak Operasi).
